Segment Layout & Glass Specification
Develop the segment layout, icons, viewing direction, polarizer requirements, pin arrangement and approved glass specification.

Incoming LCD Glass Inspection
Inspect incoming LCD glass cells for visual condition, dimensions, segment structure and suitability before processing.

Polarizer Application & Oven Conditioning
Carry out controlled cleaning, polarizer application and hot-air oven conditioning to maintain alignment and visual clarity.

Pin Assembly & UV Curing
Perform pin attachment, front and rear UV-glue application, controlled UV curing and pin-length cutting.

Electrical, AOI & Visual Inspection
Check segment response, alignment, bubbles, dust, scratches, pin condition and overall visual appearance before final clearance.

Requirement Review
Review application requirements, display dimensions, viewing area, segment layout, operating conditions and backlight needs.

Finalise segments, icons, viewing direction, polarizer type, outline dimensions, pin layout and glass specification.

Glass-Cell Development Coordination
Coordinate custom LCD glass-cell development to the approved Sartech drawing and specification through qualified manufacturing partners.

Incoming Glass Inspection
Inspect incoming LCD glass cells before they enter Sartech’s controlled assembly process.

Polarizer Application & Conditioning
Clean the glass, apply the required polarizers and complete controlled oven conditioning.

Pin Assembly & UV Curing
Attach pins, apply UV adhesive, perform controlled curing and cut pins to the required length.

Electrical, AOI & Visual Inspection
Test segment response and inspect alignment, bubbles, dust, scratches, pin condition and display appearance.

Traceability, Packing & Dispatch
Complete final clearance, maintain batch records and pack the finished displays for protected transportation.
Custom LCD glass cells are developed to approved Sartech specifications through qualified manufacturing partners. Every incoming cell is inspected before controlled assembly, testing and final clearance at our Bhiwadi facility.
